Aluminum Investment Casting by Lost-Wax
Customized Aluminum investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is a high-precision metal forming process that is widely used to manufacture aluminum alloy parts with complex shapes and high requirements. The process first uses wax to make a model with the same shape as the final product, and then coats it with multiple layers of refractory materials to form a solid shell. The wax model is then heated and melted out to obtain a cavity, and then the molten aluminum alloy is injected into it. After cooling and solidification, the shell is broken to obtain an aluminum alloy casting with the same shape as the original wax model.
