Investment Casting by Lost-Wax
Advanced Investment Precision Casting is a high-precision casting process that mainly creates a fusible mold, then immerses it in a high-temperature resistant ceramic coating, and forms a solid shell after multiple coatings and heating hardening. Then, the wax mold is heated to melt or burn off, and finally, the mold shell is filled with cast metal to obtain the required complex parts. This process can achieve high dimensional accuracy and complex geometric shapes and is suitable for producing parts with high precision requirements.
